Well Water Clarity is committed to making its educational content usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
Our approach
We work toward readable sans-serif typography, logical headings and landmarks, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful link text, sufficient contrast, text alternatives for informative images, zoom and reflow, reduced-motion support, and accessible labels and errors.
Interactive content
The Symptom Finder and image explanations are designed for keyboard and touch use. Urgent safety information is provided as text and is not intended to depend only on color, icons, hover, or animation.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We test key pages and interactions and aim to use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an internal technical target where reasonably practicable. This statement is not a certification or guarantee that every page, third-party service, device, browser, or assistive-technology combination will be free of barriers.
Third-party content
Some linked websites and third-party services are outside our control and may not meet the same accessibility practices. Contact the third party for help with its content, and tell us if an external resource creates a recurring barrier.
Request help or report a barrier
Email contact@wellwaterclarity.com. If possible, include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier encountered, your browser or assistive technology if you choose to share it, and the format or response that would help. Do not include sensitive medical information.
We will review accessibility feedback and respond within a reasonable time. We may provide the information in another practical format while a technical issue is investigated.
Review date
This statement was last reviewed on September 8, 2026. Accessibility should be rechecked after significant template, analytics, illustration, or interactive-component changes.
