This policy explains ownership, permitted uses, permissions, and how to report suspected copyright infringement.
Copyright notice
Copyright © Well Water Clarity. All rights reserved.
Unless otherwise identified, original text, artwork, graphics, branding, page design, and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Well Water Clarity. Third-party names, quotations, agency materials, trademarks, and linked content remain subject to their respective rights.
Permitted use
You may link to public pages and print or save a reasonable copy for personal, noncommercial use. Brief quotation for commentary, criticism, news reporting, scholarship, or similar lawful purposes should include clear attribution and a link to the original page. Nothing in this policy limits rights granted by law, including fair use.
Permission required
Written permission is required to republish substantial text or artwork, distribute site content as a product or database, use branding as your own, remove notices, sell copies, train or supply a commercial content product using copied site materials where permission is legally required, or suggest sponsorship or endorsement. Email the requested material, intended use, format, audience, territory, and duration to contact@wellwaterclarity.com.
Trademarks and third-party rights
Well Water Clarity names and branding may be protected by applicable law. Other names and marks belong to their owners. Reference to a third party does not grant rights in its marks or imply endorsement.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email contact@wellwaterclarity.com with: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact site URL and description of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information, remove or restrict material while reviewing a report, notify relevant parties, preserve records, or decline incomplete or unsupported requests.
No registered DMCA agent claim
The site does not currently host comments, user uploads, or user accounts and does not claim that this email procedure alone creates Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe-harbor protection. If user-hosted content is added, the policy and any formal agent designation will be reviewed before launch.
Counter-notices and disputes
If material supplied by you is removed and you believe removal was mistaken, contact us with the relevant URL, your explanation, and supporting information. Any formal statutory notice or counter-notice must satisfy applicable law. False claims may carry consequences.
Records and registration
Well Water Clarity may maintain source files, licenses, publication records, and registrations. A copyright notice does not establish that every element is independently copyrightable or owned by Well Water Clarity.
